Icy Landscape

I feel it's on a distant planet, where there's only water and icy mountains (that are not attatched tot he planet's surface). It's one of the farthest planets in a dual solar system, explaining why it's so icy. It's around sunset here, and to watch the two beautiful suns set is a rather rare treat, since this place is so damn cold that it cannot sustain life (Yet has an orange sky during sunset. F logic).

I for some reason think of a minigame like the Mario slides from Mario 64, but more like a race, and there are boundaries so you won't fall to your death. You have to race your rival down the mountain's ice trail and beat him/her to win a prize. I dunno. Just a VG scenario I came up with.
